The terms that apply when you order leads through C&T Performance.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any lead order placed through it. This website is operated by C&T Performance, trading name of LEADBATCH LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or otherwise using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.
We generate remortgage leads, general and adverse credit, for mortgage brokerages. Each lead is generated exclusively for the ordering brokerage, screened against our qualifying criteria before delivery, and pushed into your CRM in real time once verified.
Every lead we deliver is checked against the following minimum criteria before it is marked as qualified:
Leads meeting these criteria are considered qualified for the purposes of this agreement and our fulfilment guarantee below.
Leads are priced at £50 per qualified lead, for both general and adverse credit remortgage leads. Orders are placed through our order form, where you select your lead type, volume, and related order details. All prices are shown in GBP and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Stripe, at the time your order is placed. We do not store your card details. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Every lead sold through this website is exclusive to the brokerage that ordered it. Leads are never sold to multiple brokerages, recycled, or resold once delivered.
We aim to fulfil every order within 30 days of purchase. If we do not deliver your full order within this window, we will continue working on your order at no additional charge until it is completely fulfilled.
You have 48 hours from the delivery of a lead to flag it if you believe it does not meet our qualifying criteria. If, upon review, the lead does not meet the criteria, we will replace it free of charge. Claims submitted after this 48-hour window may not be eligible for replacement.
Because leads are generated and delivered on a per-order basis, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, primarily where we are unable to fulfil an order within a reasonable timeframe following the 30-day guarantee period, or where a significant portion of delivered leads fail to meet our qualifying criteria upon review. You agree to use leads purchased through this website for lawful purposes only, and in compliance with applicable data protection and marketing regulations, including when contacting individuals whose details are included in a lead. You agree not to resell, redistribute, or share leads purchased from us with any third party.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and branding, is owned by or licensed to C&T Performance and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.
While we take care to ensure every lead meets our qualifying criteria at the point of delivery, we do not guarantee that any lead will result in a completed sale, appointment, or conversion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of leads purchased through this website.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal and regulatory reasons. Continued use of this website or placement of further orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
